  • The 60 days run from the day your order ships, not the day you open the bottle. Most active ingredients need three weeks to show real effect, so give the formula a fair try before deciding.
  • One refund per product, per customer. The guarantee covers a fair first try, not repeat purchases of the same SKU.
  • We refund the full product price to the original payment method in 5 to 7 working days. Shipping is non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • Email hello@herbterra.com with your order number to start. We may decline refunds on orders showing patterns of abuse so this guarantee stays fair for everyone.
